In our traditional restaurant, you will find a multitude of gliders hanging from the ceiling. They are reproductions of real gliders, built by our father Willi during decades of model-making passion. They have all flown, so they have fulfilled their purpose, now they frame the breakfasts and dinners of our guests.
Here you can enjoy typical dishes of Trentino, national and international cuisine, directly curated by Willi and Barbara. Homemade food like in the old days, for this reason, we ask those who would like to dine but have not booked half board, to notify us before 5:00 PM. The kitchen does not know haste and to fully enjoy the proposed dishes, always different every day, it is advisable to enter the dining room at the start time.
The half-board menu consists of a choice between four first courses, three main courses, and various desserts. By reservation, it is possible to dine even if you are not staying at the hotel.

Our restaurant, with a capacity of 70 seats, is perfect for your ceremonies. In addition to a large bar with a terrace, we have two large gardens and a large parking lot for all the guests' cars. Many rooms on the ground floor provide all the necessary space to spend a wonderful day even in case of bad weather.
